These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Service Scheduler AI ("the Service") provided by Service Scheduler AI ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Service Scheduler AI is an AI-powered appointment scheduling assistant for service providers. The Service helps negotiate bookings with clients via SMS, email, or in-app chat, syncs with Google Calendar, collects deposits and tips via Stripe, and manages reminders and follow-ups.
By providing your phone number and texting a provider's business number, you consent to receive SMS messages from that provider via Service Scheduler AI, including appointment confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling updates.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Clients initiate SMS contact voluntarily — providers do not send unsolicited marketing texts, and phone numbers are not added to any messaging list except by a client's own first message to the provider's number.
Deposits and tips are processed through Stripe using the provider's own connected Stripe account. Providers are responsible for all Stripe transaction fees and for refund or dispute handling with their clients. Service Scheduler AI does not take a percentage of transactions but may change this in the future with reasonable notice.
The Service integrates with Google Calendar, Twilio (SMS), Stripe, and AI providers. You grant access to these services at your own discretion. We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or changes in functionality caused by these third-party providers.
The Service uses AI to interpret client messages and propose appointment times. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming all bookings before they are finalized.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data and may reset app data or delete your account at any time from Settings.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including lost bookings, payments, or messages.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time using the account deletion option in Settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
